Tarik and Sara-Ann created, own and operate Bistro 1843. The opportunity to revitalize an abandoned historic building combined with a unique vision of a restaurant gave way to Bistro 1843. Since 2009, guided by the principal that small is beautiful and that quality artisan workmanship cannot be mass produced, they have embraced what makes them different.
