How It All Began
Tarik and Sara-Ann created, own and operate Bistro 1843. The opportunity to revitalize an abandoned historic building combined with a unique vision of a restaurant gave way to Bistro 1843. Since 2009, guided by the principle that small is beautiful and that quality artisan workmanship cannot be mass produced, they have embraced what makes them different. Today, Bistro 1843 is no longer just their restaurant. It is the hub of their family life. Not just a business, but a way of life. It has redefined the “family run business”.
